NEWS: Lær at kontrollere dine tanker!MISS YULA har bygget en installation, som kan vende dine negative tanker til positive, som bliver vist på udstillingen ArtExchange d. 6.-8. nov. 2009 i Helligeåndens hus.
Sæt dig behageligt tilbage i installationen. Tag tænkehatten på og lyt til den indbyggede hypnose. Du vil nu være i stand til at kontrollere dine tanker og det står dig frit for at beslutte, at du er lykkelig. Den nidkære værdi vi alle stræber efter.
NEWS: MISS YULA rykker ned i SLAGTEHUS 40 i Kødbyen
SLAGTEHUS 40 - Kunsteksplosion i Kødbyen.
D. 29. august 2009 slår 25 fremadstormende kunstnere de tunge slagterdøre op til et helt nyt kunstner atelier-fællesskab, ved navn Slagtehus 40. I lokalerne over den hippe ”Karrierebar” flytter 25 unge innovative og ambitiøse kunstnere ind, og den - fra højere instans - erklærede mission om at skabe en kreativ frizone i Den Hvide Kødby trædes et skridt nærmere.
NEWS: Miss Yula in Asia to research about our relationship to the DEATH
"Mortarium" is the title of the ongoing project about our realtionship to the death.
The trend, at the moment, that we are trying to stage our own death. The coffin is individual, we get burried in our favorite partydress and soft popsong will be sung in the church. The funeral is our last statement, which should make us worth remembering.
The danish sociologist
- Michael Hviid Jacobsen has done a

On a journey to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonisia and the phillipines Miss Yula will try to find different point of views on the death.
NEWS: The installation "Slave" at Artville Berlin
Miss Yula will be participating at Artville Berlin with the installation "Slave". The installation contains an modern architectural building, where you can experience a living hamster who has a hectic and stressed life between treadmills and workstations. The installation questions the way the society dictates the values in life. If your only goal in life is to fulfill the demands of the society, then you might end up having an "treadmill depression".
The installation is a mix between sculptur, architecture, hamster-domicil and installation. The installation is futher more interactive, because you can interact with the hamster and the installation will be "alive" due to the hamsteractivity. Futhermore will the installation be captured by a camera and projected on the wall, which means the the audience can be a part of the installation as well.

NEWS: Miss Yula - Artist of the year
The artcritic Tue Lütken has appointedudnævnte Miss Yula to be ARTIST OF THE YEAR at Artville|08 with the installation "Slave". The price was to be obtained automatically at the Artville exhibition in Berlin + media covering in the most read artmagasine in Denmark. Futhermore she has won 1 month stay in Berlin.

The installation "Slave" is a architectual hamster-domicil, that represent the modern life. Within the modern, steril and minimalistic hamster-domicil the hamster lives a hectic and stressed life inbetween threedmills and workstations. The installation is a mixture between sculptur, architecture, hamster-domicil and a interactive installation.
